Unique Project
VIENNA TWENTYTWO is a highly ambitious project, both in terms of its architecture and underlying concept. A holistic development that sets new quality standards for urban living and working in Vienna. The landmark building ensemble, which has a total footprint of around 15,000 m², was designed by leading Austrian architects Delugan Meissl in accordance with strict sustainability criteria. The carefully composed ensemble of two towers aligned on a diagonal plane and four flat-roofed buildings opens the door to a broad mix of uses, including individually configurable offices, high-quality living space, a hotel, serviced apartments and a variety of retail and leisure opportunities all on the same site.
